PEMBROKESHIRE Marine Code environmental training events continue for 2026 with ‘Shores’ on Tuesday, May 19. Join Pembrokeshire Coastal Forum for an event focused on our shores on Tuesday, May 19, between 10am and 4pm.
The event is open to all, with adventure activity providers, local community members and coastal users especially encouraged to attend. Full-day, morning and afternoon attendance options are available.
The morning session, at Celtic Camping, St Davids, 10am-1pm consists of talks, whole the afternoon session will be a field trip at Abereiddy, 1.45-4pm.
‘Shores’ will focus on rocky shore ecology, coastal geology, species identification, and the impact of invasive species on local marine environments. Local experts John Archer-Thomson, Sue Burton and Sid Howells will share their knowledge through presentations, discussions and guided coastal exploration.
