Blue Horizons CIC has secured a £100,000 National Lottery grant to expand adaptive surf sessions for neurodivergent adults and those with learning disabilities in Pembrokeshire.
Blue Horizons CIC’s Adaptive Adults Surf Club, now in its fourth year, provides a supportive environment for neurodivergent adults and those with learning disabilities (18+) to build confidence, develop skills, and connect with like-minded individuals.
To book your spot, visit https://bookings.bluehorizons.wales/en/product/adults-adaptive-surfing-club-wednesdays .
You can contact the club on [email protected] or 01646 685273 for assistance in finding the right program.
Additionally, the club offers adaptive sessions for adults on: Tuesdays - coming soon; Wednesdays - Adaptive Adults Club and one-to-one sessions; Thursdays - Adaptive Seated Surf Sessions; Fridays - one-to-one sessions and small groups.
For children’s sessions, register online.
All sessions are available with a suggested £10 donation to book but Blue Horizons say: “Please contact us if this is unaffordable as we wouldn’t want anyone to miss out.”
