A sixty-six-year-old man charged with being in breach of a Sexual Harm Prevention Order (SHPO) will go on trial next month after denying the offence.
Christopher Rolfe Flavin, of Hundleton, appeared at Haverfordwest Magistrates Court on Tuesday, after being accused of entering a children’s play park in Pembroke Dock, which he was prohibited from doing by a sexual offences prevention order made by Swansea Crown Court in 2007.
Mr. Rolfe pleaded not guilty to the charge, and a trial date was set for March 18, at the Haverfordwest court.
