A Saundersfoot man has been sentenced to jail for breaking the terms of a suspended sentence after he was charged with using threatening behaviour.

Thirty-nine-year-old Andrew Lee Gibbs, of Stammers Road, appeared at Haverfordwest Magistrates Court on Friday, charged with using threatening behaviour towards another male in Saundersfoot, on October 29.

The defendant was given a 16 week suspended sentence order in June of last year, after entering a caravan at Biggins Hill Caravan Park Waterston, as a trespasser with intent to steal between February 11 and 12.

Mr. Gibbs pleaded guilty to the latest charge, and was given a 14 week prison sentence by magistrates.

He was also ordered to pay prosecution costs of £200 and a £115 victim surcharge.
