The October meeting was chaired by Mrs. Sheila Rowlands, who welcomed all the members and was delighted to see so many attending. Delegate Mrs. Kathy Harries read her report from the Federation meeting held in Swansea.

The speaker for the evening was Tina Webb from Haverfordwest, her topic being Family History. The members found this most interesting.

Special thanks to Irene Hughes and Margaret Walker for their successful table top sale. A trip to visit the Torch Theatre has been arranged for Tuesday, November 27.

Three members will serve at Withybush Hospital tea bar on Friday, November 30. The national AGM will take place in Harrogate in 2013.

Port Talbot is now the oldest Guild, celebrating 60 years. Pembroke Borough Guild will be celebrating 40 years in January 2013.

The meeting finished with the Harvest Supper, enjoyed by all. The next meeting will take place at St. Johns Community Hall, Bush Street, Pembroke Dock, on Wednesday, November 14. New members are always welcome.
