WELLIES and Wellness are holding a beach barbecue and beach clean at Freshwater East on May 30, 12-4pm. The Beach Day BBQ will double as promo day for social media.

People of all ages and abilities are very welcome to join in various activities planned for the day, including fishing, rock pooling, football, beach games and more.

The day is about boosting connections, boosting wellbeing, protecting the environment and creating a supportive community.

Supporting mental health, autism awareness and outdoor wellbeing, the Beach Day BBQ is an opportunity to connect, explore, reset, together. It will be professionally filmed for social media and YouTube.
