Entries are still arriving for the Preseli Bluestone Run 2012 in aid of the British Heart Foundation which takes place on Sunday, June 10, and with it being dedicated to the Queen's Diamond Jubilee, it will round off the week's celebrations.
The vehicles will start to arrive at the start line at Gelliswick Bay from around 8.30 am, with the run starting at 10.30 am.
The vehicles will then make their way through Milford Haven and on to Haverfordwest, before crossing over the Preseli Hills, famous for its Preseli Bluestone of Stonehenge fame.
There will be a halfway stop at Eglwyswrw, courtesy of the Dyfed Shire Horse Farm.
The vehicles will then head for Crymych and then follow a route into the Bluestone countryside passing the monument to Waldo Williams before arriving in Maenclochog.
They will then continue their motoring tour to the finish line at the Towns Moor Park in Narberth via Bethesda,
Vehicles should start to arrive at the finish line from around 12.30 onwards.
All entries will receive a Preseli Bluestone Diamond Jubilee commemorative rally board, courtesy of Megaprinter, and a certificate, courtesy of the BHF.
Programmes, kindly provided by the Western Telegraph, will also be available, with all proceeds going to the BHF.
Due to this event being dedicated to the Queen's Diamond Jubilee, everyone is welcome to decorate their vehicles with flags/balloons and also come in period/fancy dress if they wish.
Entries will be accepted on the day, along with their entry fee of just £5, but please arrive at the start line at Gelliswick Bay by 9.30 am to register. Entries can also pre-register with Jeff and Sian at anytime at either [email protected]">[email protected] or 01646 697226.
