A MAN from St Florence near Tenby must abstain from alcohol for 120 days and do 75 hours of unpaid work after using Instagram to breach a non-molestation order.
Richard Atwell, of Ridgeway View, appeared before Haverfordwest Magistrates’ Court on September 9.
The 32-year-old pleaded guilty to breaching the order made by Haverfordwest Family Law Court on June 24, 2025; at Johnston two days later he had made contact with a person named in the order ‘without reasonable excuse’.
Atwell was given a community order, to end on March 8, 2027, supervised by Haverfordwest Magistrates’ Court, which includes a 120-day period of alcohol abstinence and monitoring and 75 hours of unpaid work to be completed within 12 months. Costs: £85.
