A PEMBROKE man with no fixed abode has been handed a 20-month driving ban and a 12-month community order with 100 hours’ unpaid work after drug driving at Narberth.

Matthew White, residing at the Lion Hotel, appeared before Haverfordwest Magistrates’ Court on September 16.

The 29-year-old pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle on the A478 at Narberth when the proportion of Ketamine - a controlled drug - in his blood was not less than 96 micrograms per litre of blood, in excess of the specified limit.

The community order will be supervised by Haverfordwest Magistrates’ Court. A collection order was set up to collect Crown Prosecution Service costs of £85, plus a surcharge of £114 to fund victim services.
