A KILGETTY man has been sentenced after pleading guilty to three drug driving charges.
Jordan Whalley, of Ryelands Lane, appearing before Haverfordwest Magistrates Court in December, admitted to driving a Ford Fiesta on the A478 at Begelly with proportions in his blood of cocaine, benzoylecgonine and ketamine, all controlled drugs, each of which exceeded the specified limit.
The 26-year-old was made subject to a community order until December 8, 2026, under the supervision of Haverfordwest Magistrates’ Court. The order includes an unpaid work requirement to be completed within the 12 months; the number of hours totalling 120. The offence carries an obligatory disqualification, and the ban was set for 36 months. The guilty plea was taken into account.
