RNLI Angle's inshore lifeboat was launched at 10.11 am on Monday to assist coastguards and police in a search for a missing person in the Milford Haven area.

The lifeboat searched the area of the Milford Haven Waterway between Sandy Haven and Newton Noyes, but nothing was found.

Further information was received by the police that it was unlikely that the missing person was still in the area and the lifeboat's volunteer crew were released to return to their station, arriving there at 12.15 pm.
