A Pennar man will go on trial next month after denying breaching a restraining order.

Forty-five-year-old Tony Phillips, of Cheriton Road, appeared at Haverfordwest Magistrates Court on Tuesday, to plead not guilty to an allegation of entering on social media a direct reference to his ex-partner, from which he was prohibited from doing by a restraining order.

Prosecutor Vaughan Pritchard-Jones told the court that the defendant was alleged to have made the post on Facebook on July 30 of last year.

Mr. Phillips was released on unconditional bail and a trail date was set for April 4, at the Haverfordwest Magistrates Court.
