A holidaymaker accused of drink-driving in Tenby will go on trial next month after denying the offence in court.

Twenty-year-old Luke Mahon, of Wyndhurst Road, Birmingham, appeared at Haverfordwest Magistrates Court, on Tuesday, charged with driving his Vauxhall Corsa on a road at Kiln Park, with 82 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 milliltres of breath, exceeding the prescribed limit.

Mr. Mahon entered a not guilty plea to the offence, which is alleged to have occurred on July 27.

A trial date of September 20 was set, with Mr. Mahon released on unconditional bail.
