A Saundersfoot man is set to go on trial next month after denying a charge of driving whilst disqualified.
Thirty-nine-year-old Andrew Lee Gibbs, of Stammers Road, appeared at Haverfordwest Magistrates Court, on Tuesday, to plead guilty to a charge of driving his Peugeot 206 after exceeding the prescribed limit of alcohol, but denied an offence of driving whilst disqualified; and a further charge of driving without third party insurance.
The court heard that Mr. Gibbs was stopped in his vehicle on Battery Road in Tenby, on July 12, with 103 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath.
A trial will now take place at the Haverfordwest court on September 6.
