A Milford motorist will stand trial next month after pleading not guilty to driving his Landrover whilst over the limit on New Year’s Eve.
Thirty-five year-old Steven Allen, of Green Lane, Waterston, denied a charge of driving his Landriver Discovery in Neyland on December 31, after exceeding the prescribed limit, when he appeared at Haverfordwest Magistrates Court on Tuesday.
Mr. Allen is alleged to have driven the vehicle with 55 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath.
A trial date was set for February 28, and Mr. Allen was released on unconditional bail.
