A Milford man charged with assaulting a police officer is set to appear at Crown Court later this month after admitting the offence.
Thirty-three-year-old Joshua Spicer, of Trafalgar Road, appeared at Haverfordwest Magistrates Court on Tuesday to plead guilty to the charge which occurred on November 16 at Haverfordwest.
Prosecutor Vaughan Pritchard-Jones told magistrates that as Mr. Spicer was currently subject to a suspended sentence imposed by Swansea Crown Court, it was recommended that the case be dealt with there.
Mr. Spicer was ordered to appear at the Crown Court for a further hearing on December 20.
