Arrest warrant issued
An arrest warrant has been issued for a Narberth man who failed to attend court for a scheduled hearing this week.
Forty-four-year-old Craig Mark Morgan, of High Street, was due to appear before Haverfordwest Magistrates Court on Monday, after he had failed to comply with the requirements of a community order, but failed to show up for the hearing.
The court heard from the probation service how Mr. Morgan, who was handed the community order on January 10, had failed to attend scheduled appointments on February 5 and 12 with his probation officer, and was therefore in breach of the order.
Magistrates agreed to issue the warrant to secure the defendant’s attendance at court.
