Congratulations to 15-year-old Alex John, of Manorbier, who has enjoyed recent success in the pony club tetrathlon events.

Alex, who is a pupil at Castle School, Narberth, won ‘best shoot’ after at an event in Warwick by shooting 1,000 for Wales and Borders in the Junior Regionals event.

Also in the same week at the Inter Regionals, held at the Bicton venue, he won ‘best shoot’ representing the Pony Club South Pembs Hunt Area 18 section.

Alex is pictured receiving an award at the Junior Regional tetrathlon championships at Moreton Morrell, where he shot a maximum 1,000.
