Message From The Commodore

On behalf of myself (Nathan Spiller), the flag officers and committee of Tenby Sailing Club wish you all a happy and prosperous New Year. 2018 promises to be another busy year for the club. We will have our usual sailing calendar through the year, including our regatta and this year we will play host to the Scorpion class of dinghy who are coming to Tenby for their National Championships.

As well as the sailing, we are going to have a full and varied social programme. This will include a monthly Commodore’s Quiz, so if you think you and your team could be the brains of Tenby, come down to the club and take on the challenge - watch this space for details.

The club room had a major facelift in 2017, bringing the bar area up to date, but still keeping the welcoming charm the sailing club prides itself on. Although we are open to the general public, becoming a member of Tenby Sailing Club brings benefits that are not available to anyone else.

Membership forms can be downloaded from our website www.tenbysailingclub.org.uk. The full list of benefits can also be found below, there is no better place to relax and have a drink while watching the sunset over the harbour.

The club is currently in the process of installing a new caterer and we hope that they will be in place very soon so we can hit the new season with a menu to whet all appetites.

For any questions or information, details of email addresses can be found on the website, so please do not hesitate to ask.

Hope to see you down the club in 2018.
