OLD SWIM CAP COLLECTION - Swim-cap company Cool Bathing is offering a solution for all those swim hats you have collected and don’t want to throw into landfill. They will either upcycled or recycled as swim cap material is so versatile and colourful or used in new products - please pass to Nicola.

CLUB RIDES: We meet at Tenby leisure centre rear car park, and leave at 6 pm prompt on Tuesdays and 630 pm on Thursdays. We ride in three groups - a faster group, a medium paced group and then a slower social group, this group supported by 2 sweeper riders who make sure the everyone gets back and no-one gets lost or left behind. If you’ve not ridden with us before - come along and give it a try.

Sweepers Ed Clements and Rob Cadman; Thursday - 6.30 pm Route 67: (Ridgeway x2 + Maidenwells): Tenby, Ridgeway to Lamphey, Lower Lamphey road to Pembroke, Commons, left up St Daniels Hill, Maidenwells, turn right for Hundleton, Monkton, Pembroke Main street, upper Lamphey road and Ridgeway back to TLC (approx. 24 miles) Sweepers Andy Adamson and Pat Swann
