PARKRUN KRAKOW, POLAND: Karen Vickery, Debbie Phillips and Jon Phillips took part in this 5km held on the outskirts of the beautiful city of Krakow.

GREGYNON MARATHON: Newtown: Mandy Draper in 4hrs 52 mins on an undulating road race.

JUST-TRI JUNIOR DUATHLON, CAREW AIRFIELD: Ava Johns, Tilley Logan and Ffion Griffiths.

GILTAR TO TELPYN BEACH RUN: This was a non marshalled unique run with no official time keeping or water stops organized by Stephen ‘Bob’ Noyce for ‘bit of fun’ open to all. The Aces had 29 runners with 65 in total, setting off from Giltar Point at 1 pm for Telpyn Point. The challenge was to have completed the 7.7miles approx fairly quickly as the tide was coming in and most of us were able to run around Monkstone point but some had to scrambled over the rocks (all good fun!). All finished and enjoyed the experience and the refreshments at the New Inn, Amroth after.

TUESDAY AND THURSDAY CLUB RIDES - We ride from Tenby Leisure Centre rear car park leaving at 6.00pm prompt. We ride in three groups - a faster group, a medium group and a social group including the sweepers. Helmets are compulsory on club rides, and we recommend the use of high intensity flashing front and rear lights to improve visibility whilst riding.
