SWIM SERPENTINE 2 MILE SWIM - Karen Vickery, Debbie Phillips, Jon Phillips, Richard Slate and son Morgan Harwood Slate.
Morgan also received a ‘LONDON CLASSIC MEDAL’ as he has completed the London Marathon, Ride London 100 and the Serpentine Swim.
Swim Serpentine is a one-day open water swimming festival staged in the heart of London. Organized by London Marathon Events, the festival is held in and around the beautiful Serpentine in Hyde Park, the venue for the open water swimming competition at the London 2012 Olympic Games.
GREAT BRISTOL HALF MARATHON – Jude Bird Duignan and Wayne Diggy Duignan in 2hrs 50. This city centre run always has an incredible atmosphere, with a route starting and finishing in the historic Harbourside and featuring the stunning Avon Gorge and Brunel’s famous Clifton Suspension Bridge.
HEVER CASTLE NIGHT 1 MILE SWIM (Castle Triathlon Series) – Zoe Mcbeth took up this unique opportunity to swim under the stars in the iconic Hever Castle lake and river Eden. Zoe’s son Luke also took part in the Junior Duathlon.
IRONMAN 70.3 WEYMOUTH (HALF DISTANCE) - Kathryn Bates in 7hr 30mins and Simon Stanford in 5hrs 23 mins. Weymouth’s beautiful, sandy beaches, surrounding countryside and spectacular coastline made an ideal location for this half ironman race.
We congratulate Aled Smith on winning the British Army Long Distance Triathlon Championships for his performance at Ironman Wales 2018.
