Well done to the Tenby Aces on the Barcelona Marathon last Sunday with great weather, support and atmosphere - Emma Richards 4hrs 5, Sophie Burke 4hrs 25, Kate Mathias 4hr 49 and Andrew Pearce 3hr 54.

Also on March 12, the Wildflower Duathlon (5km Run/30km Cycle/5km Run) was held at the National Botanical Gardens of Wales. Well done to Colin Barrett 2hr 3 and Russell Clarke 2hr 17.
