The Castle Inn, Manorbier, Golf Society has reformed and had its first golf day at Trefloyne Manor last Friday.

Seventeen members turned out for a Texas Scramble competition, for which the weather was great and course was in good condition

Lots of good golf was played and everyone was keen to do well.

Winning team was Simon Jones, Rob Hall, Gareth Rees and Ben Hall - well done to them.

Wooden spoonists were Gerald Codd, Graham Bond and Kelvin Boughey - must do better next time

We will meet up again next month,with a date, time and place to follow
