Well done to Ceire Merrison who took part in a 10km Swim at the London 2012 Olympic swimming pool, which she says was a great unique experience. Ceire came first in her age category and 9th female overall!

Also well done to Colin Barrett, Andrew Pearce and Hayden Johns who took part in the Sospan Multi Terrain 10 mile Run on Sunday at Pembrey. Hayden 1hr 15, Colin 1hr 23, Andrew 1hr 24.

The whole group thanks Aces president Gareth Rees and his wife Kara for laying the Remembrance Wreath from Tenby Aces at the Cenotaph last weekend.
