Visit Pembrokeshire has announced the launch of its new summer campaign ‘Prepare, protect, preserve…it’s in our nature’ as Covid restrictions lift and long summer days are within reach.
This summer is expected to see record numbers of visitors descending on Pembrokeshire to discover its many charms, so with this in mind, the new campaign is focusing on how we must play our part, protect local communities and stay safe.
Hence the core campaign message of ‘Prepare, protect, preserve…it’s in our nature’ is a call to action to Pembrokeshire’s residents and visitors, encouraging each one of them to make a promise to stay safe and look after one another.
Emma Thornton, chief executive of Visit Pembrokeshire said: “We are delighted to have launched our summer campaign and we are encouraging visitors, who we welcome with open arms, to tread lightly and as sustainably as possible.
Our aim is to protect this enchanting part of south-west Wales so that it can be enjoyed by many more generations to come.”
