Two men from Pembroke Dock are set to go on trial next month at Haverfordwest magistrates court charged with an incident where another male was assaulted in the town.
Twenty-one-year-old Benjamin Lewis Phillips, of Meyrick Street, pleaded not guilty to a charge of using threatening and abusive behaviour towards William Wallace, on April 26, in Pembroke Dock, when he appeared in court on Tuesday.
In a separate hearing, Richard William Coombes, of Bush Street, also aged 21, pleaded not guilty to assaulting Mr. Wallace, in relation to the same incident.
Magistrates told both defendants that they would have to return to court on December 10, for a trial.
Both men were released on conditional bail and ordered not to contact three witnesses involved in the case, either directly or indirectly.
