Keen to do something positiveduring the Covid pandemic lockdowns, seven-year-old Magi Arthur, decided that she would set up a tabletop stall, selling items from outside her house in Cresselly.

So she cleared out and sold a range of items, and even sold her baby toys, bikes and a range of books, resulting in raising a tremendous £202 for the HOPE Centre in Neyland.

Magi’s grandad, John Parry, has Multiple Sclerosis, and she wanted to “raise money to help people walk and be active” in her quest to support the local charity.

Magi is pictured handing over the cheque to the HOPE Centre, with her grandparents, John and Maureen Parry and members of the HOPE Centre Team - Vanessa (manager) Tracey (tank supervisor), Dave and Matt (physiotherapists).

Magi hopes to repeat this fundraising venture again during the forthcoming summer months!
