A man from Stepaside accused of not wearing his seat belt whilst driving is set to face a trial, after denying the charge in court.
Fifty-eight-year-old John Derek Docker, appeared at Haverfordwest Magistrates Court, on Tuesday, to plead not guilty to driving his Mazda 626 on the A477 Stepaside road, whilst not wearing a seat belt.
The alleged offence occurred in October of last year the court heard.
A trial date was set for Monday, September 14, and Mr. Docker was ordered to appear again at the magistrates court for this date.
