Temporary restriction on vehicle movments will be in place on the day of the annual Tenby Firefighter’s Carnival to allow for the procession to take place along the highway.
The restrictions, which will enable traffic to be held or directed by a Traffic Management Operative or Police Officer for as long as necessary to allow the carnival to progress, will come into force at approximately 5.15 pm, on the day - Wednesday, August 7.
The procession is expected to have completed the route by 6 pm.
Pembrokeshire County Council have stated that restructions will be in place over this period at Warren Street, South Parade, St Florence Parade, Lower Frog Street, St George’s Street, Tudor Square, High Street and White Lion Street.
Pedestrian access will be maintained and due to the short period of time that traffic will be held no alternative routes are proposed.
