Tenby Town Council have requested a site visit for planning applications in respect of works at Lexden House, Lexden Terrace, St. Julian Street.
If approved by the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park Authority, the plans, submitted by applicants Mr. and Mrs.?Griffiths, would see consolidation works to the cliffs below the main house, the entire demolition of a derelict workshop and the rebuilding of a new lower brick wall.
There would also be new additional iron steps and the replacement of one bay of conservatory glazing with a pair of French windows and one new window to vault.
Due to its location, the town council agreed at their meeting last week to request a site meeting, so that they could discuss things in more detail with the National Park Authority and the applicant.
