Mr. Paul Walker - amended plans for the change of use, extensions and alterations to provide two retail units on the ground floor and holiday let apartment above with associated six new roof windows at the former Royal Mail Garage, The Green, Tenby (refusal).
Mr. and Mrs. Phil and Carolyn Davies - new two-and-a-half-storey five bedroom residential dwelling house, at St. Mary’s Hill, Heywood Lane, Tenby (approval).
Trustee of the Lock Estate c/o Lock House, St. Julian Street, Tenby - change of use and extension to store to provide retail unit (A1) at ground floor with studio at first floor, at The Boathouse, Sergeant’s Lane, Tenby (approval).
Mr. G. Thomas and Miss E. John, The Hideaway Hotel, Greenhill Road, Tenby - proposed single storey rear extension, cladding to garage, front porch amendments and widening of front parking area, at 8 St. David’s Close, Tenby (approval).
Mr. Henson - G1, dismantle to ground level; T3, dismantle to ground level; G7, pruned dead branches; prune lower branches to maintain highways and pavement clearance, at Hafod Y Werydd, Heywood Lane, Tenby (approval).
Mr. M. Scutt, St. David’s Diocesan Board of Finance - conversion of existing garage to form office area and small extension to form access and WC facility, at St. Mary’s Rectory, Church Park, Tenby (approval).
Mr. Phillips - T1 Lime, retrenchment pruning of lapsed pollard to achieve a completed height of 8 metres from highest point to ground level, at The Chalet, Narberth Road, Tenby (no objections).
