Among planning applications considered by Tenby Town Council at their remote meeting this week, for recommendation to the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park Authority were the following:
NP/21/0070/LBA: Conversion of basement to additional seating, new staircase, at The Qube Restaurant, 2 Tudor Square, Tenby (Approval recommended - Members feel that this development will sustain the economic viability of the premises and have little impact on its listed building status).
NP/21/0026/FUL: Removal of existing garage and replace with rear extension, garage and self-contained rear annexe to be used ancillary to the main dwelling house only, at The Hayes, Serpentine Road, Tenby (Approval recommended - Considered against all the relevant policies of the LDP members feel this will improve the aspect and amenity of the property with no adverse effect on neighbours.
NP/21/0077/FUL: Change two pitched roof lights to dormer roof lights in both first-floor bedrooms, at 7 Hill Park, Tenby (Approval recommended - Considered against all the relevant policies of the LDP members feel this will improve the aspect and amenity of the property with no adverse effect on neighbours.
