Among planning applications considered by Tenby Town Council at their meeting this week, for recommendation to the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park Authority were the following:
Mr. Jon Evans, Middleton Court, Rhossili, Swansea - Change of use of the ground and lower ground floors of the application property from a former dental practice to two number of two bedroom self-contained flats, at Aces Court, Warren Street, Tenby (approval).
Mr. Michael Smith. Michael’s Bistro, Heywood Court, Tenby - Variation of Condition 1 of NP/15/0255/S73 to allow extended opening hours, at 3/4 Upper Park Road, Tenby (approval).
Mr. Jason Rossiter - amended plans for two number second storey extensions, addition of dormer windows, rear flat-roofed extension, at 12 St David’s Close, Tenby (approval).
Mrs. Sophie Evans, Coastal Cottages of Pembrokeshire, Coastal House, Narberth Road, Tenby -Two storey gabled rear extension, at 1 White Lion Street, Tenby (approval).
