Among planning applications considered by Tenby Town Council at their meeting this week, for recommendation to the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park Authority were the following:
Mr. Ian Rees, Trustees of Tenby Christian Fellowship - Replacement of front doors and internal alterations/change of use to place of worship with ancillary café and bookshop at Ocean Commotion, Lower Frog Street, Tenby (approval).
Mr. Davies - 2 x Sycamore reduce crown by 1.5 m; 1 Sycamore fell dying tree and 2 Ash reduce crown by 2 m, at Jibinc, Mayfield Drive, Tenby (approval).
Mr. Jason Rossiter - 2 no. secondary storey extensions, addition of dormer windows, rear flat-roofed extension, at 12 St. David’s Close, Tenby (deferred for site visit).
C/o agent Mr. Daniel Badham, Church Farm Landscapes, East Williamston - T1 Beech – reduction of 1 to 2 m; G1 Beech x 2 – crown reduction of 2 to 3 m, at The Gables, Heywood Lane, Tenby (approval).
Mr. Peter Osborne - Sycamore, Beech and Ash - raise crown above ground for 2m to 3m clearance and above buildings to 1.5m, at 30/31 The Norton, Tenby (approval)
