A date to discuss concerns relating to a proposed housing development on land west of Narberth Road in Tenby has yet to be set.

Members of Tenby Town Council recently called for a site meeting to discuss an application submitted to the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park Authority for the development of up to 14 residential dwellings, which would incorporate highways alterations to form a new access road, which could see the re-positioing of the ‘Welcome to Tenby’ sign.

Updating members at Tuesday night’s meeting of the town council, the town clerk, Andrew Davies, said that he had spoken to PCNPA’s planning officer, Mrs. Caroline Bowen, who was handling the application, and she explained that there were a couple of matters she wished to resolve with Pembrokeshire County Council highways development control officer, Stephen Benger, before a date for a site visit could be set.
