A group of seven past and present Pembroke RFC players undertook a challenge to kayak 100 kilometres down the River Shannon in Eire to raise funds for Macmillan Cancer Support. Club chairman, Mr. David Thompson, and a few of the men, are seen proudly presenting a cheque to the officers of the charity, at the recent Pembroke v Pembroke Dock Quins league match.
