Mayor of Pembroke Dock, Clr. Peter Kraus, visited the town's Sea Cadets last Thursday at the Dockyard.

He saw for himself The Evolution for 2012. The Cadets' evolution for 2012 is based on part of the cook/stewards specialisation syllabus.

The cadets talked through the covers (place settings) that they have had to learn as part of the specialisation. They also laid the covers up and also produced a napkin as part of the syllabus to be placed at each setting. Following this, a meal was placed for each setting to demonstrate the correct way in which a steward would serve the meal.
