Neyland Yacht Haven marina are delighted to announce that they have marked the 40-year anniversary of Yacht Havens in fine style in Pembrokeshire, by concluding the successful purchase of the freehold of their marina site from the council. This has been a long term aim and enables Yacht Havens to cement their commitment to the future of the marina.

To mark the celebrations, Neyland are announcing a celebratory berth holders' party, to be held on August 4. The party is to be an extra special occasion for 2012, combining a recognition of the company's 40-year anniversary and the freehold purchase, and will be based in a large marquee on the site and include a live band.

Neyland Yacht Haven marina is known as Pembrokeshire's Picturesque Marina, due to its unrivalled location set within the beautiful surrounds of the Westfield Pill area of the Milford Haven Waterway. This 420-berth marina offers visitors the ideal base to explore the spectacular stretches of Milford Haven's sheltered waterways.

Yacht Havens has been trading since the early 1970s and now owns and operates sites all around the UK, including marinas in Lymington on the South Coast, Plymouth in the South West, Wales, Scotland, and on the East Coast. This latest acquisition is part of Yacht Havens' ongoing development plan, which has seen the company steadily grow into one of the leading privately owned marina groups in the UK.
