A superb Craft Fayre and Coffee Morning took place at Pembroke Town Hall organised by the Pembroke and Pembroke Dock Lions in aid of local worthy causes.

Bringing joy to all were the ladies of the ‘Sing For Joy’ choir, including soloists Julie Cooper MBE, who performed The 12 Days of Christmas a cappella and Vanessa Jackson (pictured in the gallery above) who sang a medley of three Christmas crooners’ classics to the ukulele.

There was a great variety of stall holders, including Pembrokeshire Fudge, Gwenllian’s Crochet and Pembrokeshire Gold rapeseed oil and honey sellers Park Farm (Manorbier) - to name but three. Gift opportunities abounded with turned wood, home-produced chutneys, handmade jewellery, decorations and artworks, all of the highest quality.

With all this and bacon rolls too, it was a wonder that the hall was not busier. It was an event worth repeating.
