Triathlete Abbie Williams has received a financial donation from Pembroke and Pembroke Dock Lions. Abbie received a cheque for £500 to support the costs of her triathlon training. She had a podium finish in every race she entered last year. Following this success, she has earnt a place on the Welsh Triathlon Commonwealth Games Pathway, and has also been selected to represent Great Britain at the European Youth Championships in Lithuania. The Lions have made a second presentation to Maggie Hart who has received £50 to purchase a raffle prize for the Monkton Young Peoples Trust fun day.
