Pembrokeshire Pride’s first major exhibition, Progressing Pride in Pembrokeshire, opened at the Torch Theatre’s Joanna Field Gallery with an inspiring launch night attended by collaborators, sponsors, and community supporters.

The multi-media showcase at the Milford Haven gallery has already sparked vital conversations about inclusion, identity, and the future of Pride in our county, says Pembrokeshire Pride.

Chair Donna Humphreys said: “We’re thrilled by the discussions and ideas for growth this exhibition has inspired. We encourage local media and community members to visit and share these stories, our collective future depends on visibility and understanding.”

The exhibition offers a powerful window into the journeys and voices of LGBTQ+ people and allies across Pembrokeshire. Through striking visual data displays, immersive storytelling, and personal narratives, it highlights both the challenges faced and the resilience shown by this community.

Pembrokeshire Pride is now taking the next step toward achieving registered charity status and is eager to share this important and thought-provoking display before it closes. The exhibition runs until September 30. It is open daily during theatre hours and admission is free.
