Watch the true story of Milford Haven running hero, Sanna Duthie as she stars in the new documentary screening of Pembrokeshire’s Coast Fastest Known Time attempt on the Torch Theatre screen on Wednesday, July 30.
The goal was simple, but far from easy: to run 186 miles in under 50 hours, but the reality - wet feet, wild weather, sleep-deprived miles, and one of the toughest decisions of Sanna Duthie’s running life.
Visit the Torch Theatre for the premiere of a brand-new Harrier Trail Running documentary capturing every raw, beautiful, and brutal moment of Sanna’s FKT attempt along the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path – Sanna Against The Tide. Filmed by Stephen Reid, this 30–45 minute film shows the real story, not just of a record attempt, but of what it means to dig deep, listen to your body, and make big calls when things don’t go to plan.
Fancy a run first? The Harriers will be meeting at 6.30pm for a 7km trail run led by Sanna herself, covering a stretch of the very route she attempted her FKT on. It’ll be an easy pace with plenty of sea views, just bring your trail shoes and weather-appropriate kit.
Are you just wanting to watch the film? Then, visit the Torch Theatre at 7.45pm, with the screening kicking off at 8pm. Meet the team, hang out with Sanna, Harrier founder Kate Parker, and filmmaker Stephen Reid - the people who lived it, supported it, and brought it to the screen. All proceeds go to Pembrokeshire National Trust, helping protect the wild places that inspire runs like this one.
