The St Johns summer festival of Teddy Bears in Bible story tableaux came to an end with a grand Teddy Bear Picnic afternoon tea party in the church garden.

The picnic took place on Wednesday afternoon, when most of the bears were bought by very happy visitors raising funds for the Ty Hafan children’s Hospice. People also enjoyed live music played by Billy Cole and many party goers danced in the sunshine.

Every Sunday at 11am there is morning worship, and on Mondays 2pm-4pm craft club, with each Wednesday coffee and freshly baked Welsh Cakes from 10am-12 noon.

The next concert will be with the Pembroke & District Male Voice Choir on September 12.

The congregation at St Johns invites you to “come and join us and enjoy our worship, fellowship and a warm welcome.”
