CAREW Castle invites families and visitors of all ages to experience Glow, its annual Christmas Illuminations, every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from November 28 to December 14, between 4.30pm and 7.30pm.

Visitors during this period will be welcomed into a festive wonderland, with the Castle transformed for the season and filled with twinkling lights, seasonal displays, and a magical atmosphere that promises to delight guests of all ages.

This year’s Glow introduces brand-new atmospheric displays for 2025, bringing fresh wonder to the Castle. Children can take part in the Snowman Trail, following clues hidden around the Castle to earn a special treat. Local choirs and musical groups will perform each weekend in the Lesser Hall, providing a soundtrack of festive melodies throughout the evening.

Daisy Hughes, Manager of Carew Castle, said: “Glow has become one of the most popular events at Carew Castle, and we’re delighted to welcome families back this year. With new displays, music, and activities for children, Glow 2025 promises to be a truly magical experience for everyone.”

All visitors must book tickets online in advance, including free tickets for annual pass holders, Carew parish residents, wheelchair users, and accompanying carers.

Santa will be in his magical Grotto within the Castle on Saturdays and Sundays from November 29 to December 14, from 10am to 4pm. Tickets include a gift and daytime Castle entry. Adults and children accompanying a child to the Grotto must purchase a valid Castle ticket. The Grotto is fully accessible. Grotto tickets do not include evening Glow entry.

Nest Tearoom will remain open during Glow, serving a mouthwatering selection of festive refreshments. For full details, live performance schedules, and booking information, visit www.carewcastle.com .
