AT Haverfordwest Magistrates Court on April 7, an 18-year-old from Ludchurch pleaded guilty to drug driving and without insurance at Pentlepoir last December.
On December 19, 2025, Ashleigh Morgan-Scourfield had driven a Vauxhall Corsa on the A478 at Pentlepoir, with a blood-proportion of Delta-9-Tetrahydrocannabinol, a controlled drug, in excess of the specified limit.
The offence carries an obligatory driving ban. The disqualification period was set at 12 months and a fine of £173 levied.
The young driver also pleaded guilty to using a motor vehicle on a road / public place without third party insurance. There was no separate penalty, save for a driving record endorsement (no points).
Costs amounted to £85, and a surcharge of £69 was added.
