A MILFORD Haven man has been given a suspended sentence following the breach of a restraining order.

Liam Roberts, of Marble Hall Road, appeared before Haverfordwest Magistrates’ Court on Monday, August 18.

Accused of breaching a restraining order imposed by Llanelli Magistrates’ Court on conviction of harassment, the 32-year-old changed his plea to guilty. He admitted that on June 11, 2025 he had, without reasonable excuse, walked inside the prohibited zone specified in the order.

Taking the guilty plea into account and the gravity of the original offence, Roberts was committed to prison for 12 Weeks, suspended for 12 Months. Rehabilitation activity includes 200 hours’ unpaid work. The restraining order was varied to expire on August 18, 2028.

Costs amounted to £400.
