A man accused of raping a women aged 16 years and above is set to appear at Swansea Crown Court.
Forty-year-old, Christian Edward Macleod of Rosemarket, Milford Haven is charged with one count of rape.
He is also charged with common assault.
Mr. Macleod appeared at Haverfordwest Magistrates Court on Wednesday for a short hearing.
No plea to either charge was entered.
The offences are alleged to have taken place in Milford Haven on September 22.
Magistrates sent the case to Crown Court due to the seriousness of the offences.
Mr. Macleod was ordered to appear at Swansea Crown Court on December 20.
The defendant was released on bail on the condition that he does contact directly or indirectly contact the victim.
He was also told not to enter Milford Haven as part of his bail conditions.
