A PEMBROKE man has been sentenced for five offences in one day: assaulting four people in the town and stealing groceries from the Co-op.

Mark Abraham, of The Green, appeared before Haverfordwest Magistrates Court on Tuesday, January 27.

The 52-year-old stole groceries, to the value of £46.16, from Co-op Stores at Pembroke on December 8, 2025. He also pleaded guilty to four counts of common assault by beating at Pembroke on December 8.

Abraham was committed to prison for 18 weeks, suspended for 18 months. He pays compensation of £146.16 plus £85 costs and £114 surcharge. The order prohibits him from entering the Co-op and includes requirements for 90 days’ alcohol abstinence and nine months of drug monitoring.
