A PEMBROKE man has been cleared of assault charges, but has been sentenced to a community order for threatening behaviour.
Ryan O’Sullivan, of Gooses Lane, appeared before Haverfordwest Magistrates Court on Thursday, May 14.
The 39-year-old pleaded not guilty to two allegations of assaulting a female by beating in 2025, and was found not guilty on the grounds that the prosecution had offered no evidence.
He did, however, plead guilty to using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour on August 13 at Haverhub, Haverfordwest towards a person intending to cause her to believe that immediate unlawful violence would be used against her.
The community order includes 80 hours of unpaid work. A surcharge of £114 was added to costs of £85.
